We're looking for a Principal Product Designer to help shape an entirely new kind of college experience from the ground up — leading design for major areas of the Outsmart student experience and working closely with Product, Engineering, and leadership to turn complex problems into simple, intuitive, delightful experiences. Beyond hands-on craft, this person will help guide other designers, raise the team's quality bar, and evolve how design works as Outsmart grows.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years of consumer product design experience, including experience managing and developing other designers.
