Strategy to compare

GrokBot proposes targeting Head of Design, Design Director, and founding designer roles in LA and SF while pursuing contract work and advisory engagements in parallel. It suggests using a working session during hiring and discussing Pure as a possible contracting arrangement. These are suggestions to evaluate, not agreed employer terms.

Decisions before merging

• The source narrows focus to LA/SF and describes Sweden as secondary. The approved primary markets remain LA, SF, NY, and Stockholm; SD/Hawaii remain secondary. Decide whether this is a temporary campaign focus before changing the strategy.
