The Need: Experienced freelance Product Designers for upcoming digital product and experience work. Engagements range from new athlete- or customer-facing experiences to translating visual direction into scalable templates, components, and documented design systems. Work with designers, strategists, technologists, producers, and client teams. Senior designers independently own complex work; Design Directors bring hands-on creative leadership and guide teams and clients.

What You'll Do: Desktop and mobile digital product design; user flows, interfaces and prototypes; component-based design systems, specifications and reusable assets; cross-functional collaboration balancing user needs, brand expression, technical feasibility, accessibility and delivery; internal and client reviews; implementation quality with engineers; director-level workstream leadership and mentoring.

What You'll Bring: Significant digital product, service or complex responsive web experience; portfolio demonstrating visual craft, UX and systems thinking; Figma components, variables, libraries, prototyping and documentation; practical design systems; foundational strategy and information architecture; accessibility; independent scoped workstream management and collaboration.

What We Offer: Expected contract pay range $61-120 per hour. Compensation determined by location, experience and skillset. Three regional pay ranges adjusted for cost of living: US1 +15%, US2 +7.5%, US3 Base. Benefits may be available subject to law, company policy, hours worked and assignment duration.
